Online Business Profiles

Where your business shows up in Google, Maps, and the directories that matter.

When someone searches for a business like yours, the first result they see often isn't your website. It's your Google Business Profile, your Maps listing, or a directory aggregator. Most businesses have these set up wrong, half-set-up, or claimed by someone else. We get them right and keep them current.

What's included

  • Google Business Profile creation, verification, and full setup
  • Maps presence and location accuracy
  • Photo and video uploads
  • Review-collection workflows
  • Local directory listings relevant to your business
  • Monthly snapshot of profile views, calls, and direction requests

How we work

  1. 01Intake

Inventory of where your business currently shows up: Google, Bing Places, Maps, Apple Maps, Yelp, Facebook, industry-specific directories. We identify which listings exist, which are missing, which are duplicates, and which are claimed by someone else.

  2. 02Build

Claim and verify the primary listings (Google Business Profile first). Fill out every field that affects ranking and customer trust: hours, services, photos, attributes. Submit removal requests for duplicates. Set up review-collection workflows so happy customers leave reviews predictably.

  3. 03Handover

Monthly profile-activity report covering profile views, calls, direction requests, and review trends. Profile updates (new hours, new photos, new services) handled by us on a small retainer or by your team using the runbook.

What you'll have when we're done

  • Verified Google Business Profile with every relevant field complete
  • Apple Maps Connect listing (where applicable)
  • Bing Places listing
  • Listings on relevant industry directories (we identify which apply)
  • Photo set uploaded across profiles (provided by you or sourced together)
  • Review-request templates and workflow
  • Monthly activity dashboard

Outcomes

  • Verified Google Business Profile showing in local search and Maps
  • Directory listings consistent across the web
  • Review collection running on autopilot
  • Monthly profile activity dashboard

Common questions

Do I really need a Google Business Profile if I have a website?

If your business serves a specific area or accepts walk-ins, yes. Google Business Profile is the first result for most local searches. Even pure online businesses benefit because GBP feeds Google Maps, Search, and the local pack. The profile often gets more weekly views than the website itself.

How do I get more reviews without buying them?

Set up a review-collection workflow: ask satisfied customers at the right moment, send a direct review link (not a generic "leave us a review" card), and respond to every review, positive or negative. We set up the workflow and a reusable template; you do the asking.

What if a competitor or a stranger claimed my listing?

Google has a process to reclaim ownership. We handle the claim submission, identity verification, and follow-up with Google support. Most reclaim cases resolve within one to three weeks; harder ones take longer.

Can you remove a fake or unfair review?

Sometimes. Google's review-removal policy is strict. Fake reviews, ones that violate the content policy, or those from competitors with proof can sometimes be removed. We file the flag with the right evidence. We don't promise removal; Google decides.

Will this help me rank in regular Google search too?

Indirectly, yes. A complete GBP and consistent listings across the web are positive trust signals that affect local SEO ranking. They don't replace on-page SEO or content, but they reinforce it.
