How we work
- 01Intake
Short audit of the current state: where email is hosted, what's broken, what's working, who needs accounts. We agree on a target structure (users, groups, shared inboxes, file organization) before any migration begins.
- 02Build
Workspace provisioned, DNS records added at Cloudflare for SPF/DKIM/DMARC, users invited, files migrated if needed. We test deliverability with diagnostic tools before flipping the switch on inbound mail. Mobile setup walkthrough recorded for the team.
- 03Handover
Admin runbook delivered. Walkthrough call with whoever runs admin day-to-day. We're available for one round of "wait, how do I…?" questions in the first 30 days.

Common questions
Why not just use free Gmail?
Free Gmail has no business domain, no shared inboxes, no admin controls, no compliance reporting, and no recovery for account loss. Once a business has more than one person sending email, the trade-off stops being worth it.
Can you migrate from another email provider without losing mail?
Yes. We handle migrations from Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, hosting-bundled email (cPanel and similar), and Zoho Mail. Mail history is preserved; we plan the cutover so there's no email lost in transit.
Do you support Microsoft 365 or only Google Workspace?
Both. Google Workspace is our default recommendation for SMBs because the admin UI is simpler and it pairs well with Google Drive workflows, but Microsoft 365 is a strong choice if your team already lives in Outlook and the Office desktop apps.
What if my emails are landing in spam?
Almost always a deliverability misconfiguration. We diagnose with MXToolbox and similar tools, fix SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and re-test until inbound and outbound are clean. If your domain has been blacklisted (rare but possible), we coordinate the delisting requests.
Can you handle ongoing admin or hand it off to my team?
Either. Some clients want us on a small retainer keeping admin access; others want a clean handoff with documentation so internal IT can run it. Both work; the runbook is part of every engagement.
