The program
Three orgs every year. Bounded by design.
Three Philippine animal welfare organizations every year receive their full public-facing foundation at no cost: website, Google Business Profile, donation flow, the email and analytics setup behind them. The work is the same as a paid engagement, delivered to the same standard.
The capacity is bounded on purpose. Three engagements a year is what one studio can deliver well alongside paid work. Pushing past that turns pro-bono into rushed-bono, which isn't the point. If the slot is full, the next application window matters.
The program is permanent, not transitional. It does not go away once paid work picks up. The mission lane stays open because alapaap was designed around it from day one.

We publish a written case study of the engagement after launch — what we built, what changed, what worked. Useful for both sides; useful for any org that comes after.

A short, honest testimonial once you've lived with the site for a few weeks. If the work didn't serve you well, that's a signal for us; we're not going to ask for praise we didn't earn.
- 03One warm introduction
One introduction to another organization, a sponsor, or a business in your network where the work might be a fit. Just one. We'll take it from there.
